Blaupunkt cape town 940 gps and hot spot issues
I have Blaupunkt cape town 940 in my car ( maruti baleno ) for almost 3 years.
Lately, there have been issues :
1. time and date based on GPS are incorrect and after changing them- it resets to the incorrect info ( i.e one hour before, and the year 2000)
2. Wifi hotspot is connected, yet google play and waze inform me that there is no internet connection.
I have already reset to factory setting- to no avail 
*tried different android based phones - nothing works.
