I own a Nook Color by B&N, with all stock, and I wanted to put any working version of Android on there. The only thing is, I am on Linux (specifically, Zorin OS 7) and cannot make my own SD Card. About the SD, will two gigs be enough? I'll get a bigger one later if it ain't. Back to the point, is there any place where I can find all the files needed to be burned to the SD, in a RAR, ZIP or anything else, or given instructions on how to make my own SD.

I need to know:

If a 2 GB SD is good enough to put Android on
How to make the SD in Linux
Is there a premade Android ZIP, RAR ,etc that I just need to burn to my SD.

Thanks guys!
